I still remember when we first came in,
during some talk for our parents,
someone asked :
"Are they required to shift out after their first year, just like other university?"
Some pegawai answered :
"Kampus ini TAK ADA-ed masalah tempat tinggal..."
*the -ed is there because of the past tense"
That was the case...
erm..
before the APEXation of our dear uni..
Sekarang..
BANYAK MASALAH! RUMAH TAK CUKUP!
undergraduates apply for their desasiswa like usual..
and during study week..
"Permohonan anda ditolak"
Such bad timing..
all of a sudden during study week..
You realised that you got NO place to stay after this semester..
and such move sky-rocketed the rent for houses around USM..
previously,
you can get a decent double story house for RM300,
now at least RM500 and some even reach as high as RM700~
a 200% increase!
If you don't join any activities and got rejected..
fine with that..
But people who join SUKAD,
variasiswa,
PPMS,
even the MPPs
got rejected~
What's with that har? -.-
the APEX way?
i'm so lovin it.. =)
p/s: smashing the ball against the wall is a good way to de-stress =)
